Girls Soccer

Although our Lady Tigers fell short, they were the first ever 1A girls team to represent PGCPS in the state-semifinal!  The loss to Fallston High School was the first loss the Lady Tigers endured all season as their final record was an all-time best of 12 wins and 1 loss.

CMIT vs. Surrattsville (9/20/21)

  • After having to wait a week to play due to postponements, the Lady Tigers opened the regular season with a win scoring with nine goals!


CMIT vs. Fairmont Heights (9/27/21)

  • A hard fought battle at Fairmont Heights, the Lady Tigers took down the 2019 1A South Regional champion to improve to 2-0!


CMIT vs. IHS @ Largo (9/29/21)

  • Bouncing back from a difficult Fairmont Heights team, our girls put up a massive scoring effort with 8 different goal scorers against International High School @ Largo to improve to 3-0. The 12-0 scoreline set a school record for the most goals scored in a soccer game while also setting a school record for the biggest win differential in school soccer history.


CMIT vs. Gwynn Park (10/4/21)

  • A difficult game in Brandywine, but our girls came from behind to answer Gwynn Park’s sole goal with three unanswered goals to take home a victory. The Lady Tigers are 4-0!


CMIT vs. Friendly (10/7/21)

  • The Lady Tigers dominated with 10 goals which included a hat trick from Freshman captain Nia Hudson. The Lady Tigers are 5-0!


CMIT vs. Frederick Douglass (10/11/21)

  • An absolute battle in Upper Marlboro, but our girls walked away with a 3-0 lead remaining undefeated at 6-0!


CMIT vs. Crossland (10/14/21)

  • The Lady Tigers are 7-0!!! After a slow start in the first half, the Lady Tigers scored a whopping 8 goals in the second half led by senior captain Alondra De La Cruz with 4 goals!


CMIT vs. IHS @ Langley Park (10/18/21)

  • Lady Tigers finish the regular season undefeated at 8-0!!! On senior night, the Lady Tigers scored 9 goals against International @ Langley Park with 5 different goal scorers and another hat trick (3 goals) from senior captain Alondra De La Cruz.
